Hortensi.. I did make a call to you.. Please forgive me.. I love the pin.. So sorry I have been soaking in pitty.. birthday and no call, no emails till this am.. Not sure what to make of it.. I guess the longer they are away the less they need us.. It has been 21/2 years..when he comes home it will be month shy of 3 years.. I hate wishing my life away but that seems to be the case.. How are you? Maybe listening to someone else would be better..I am hoping to see you on Sat.. till then have a nice week.

Hi Hortensia..Sorry, I just don't get on much anymore..depressed over not seeing Codi since July..He is deployed but says they will come home for Thanksgiving if he can get leave.. Sorry to hear they cut you back at work but on the bright side..you still have a job. Makes me happy to hear you and Seg are getting closer..give him a hug for me next time he is home...We are having miserable weather here 80 one day next 30..love u lady..
Hi Hortensia-My son is in Pensacola right now for IT training (A school) but the last time I spoke to him was just before he left for Florida. He's since left 2 messages but 1st was garbled and I couldn't make out what he said. I've been waiting to get his address to send a box (already packed)with his cell phone. It's scary to read some stories about Pensacola "crack house?" I'm becoming worried.

Hi Hortensia - I saw your post on So Cal Moms and just wanted to let you know that I am more that happy to "adopt" your son and watch out for him while he's out here. I am about an hour and a half from Point Mugu so it's no problem for me to get out there. My daughter is currently in Texas so I know how you feel! If your son is anything like my daughter, he wants to be so independent that he won't ask for anything so I will just let you know that if you think/know he needs something please ask - I would love to help!
We are all doing well. Henry was home over christmas and new years. It was awesome. He is going to Norfolk Virginia next week and soon we will take his things and his wife down there.
I'm doing good.Tj is back on base and doing ok.Glad you liked Texas.I would love to come to conn sometime I have never been on the east coast.I think I would want to come in the summer sometime.Snows ok for Christmas then it has to go lol.have a great weekend.
Hortensia, So sorry you can't make it. Anytime you want we could meet for coffee. I live here in West Hartford on the Newington line. So we probably are not all that far from each other. I work part time during the week 3pm to 6pm Drop me a line and we can figure something out.
