Thought you needed some holiday cheer! When does Kyle come home for the holidays? Nick arrives on Friday but our daughter won't be home till Saturday. It will be so nice to have them both home.
Okay, please say AEGIS three times Kelly. Nick got to go for his orders today ... no one was there but he got to go! Maybe tomorrow. He has not put in his Christmas chit as the orders could impact it. keep you posted.
Kelly, No Tyler hasn't finished A School yet. He is still in Groton, seems like it has been forever too. He had PIR in April and went straight to CT, he will finish February 6th. He will be coming home for Christmas though from the 15th to the 25th. (Sucks that he has to leave on xmas, but his flight isn't until 6:00pm)

How great that he finished A school and gets a visit home. I am from Virginia. He will be on the Chesapeake Bay. A couple of moms are thinking about having Thankgiving Dinner in Norfolk this year. That will be an hour southeast of where he will be. I am glad that you are finally feeling better. I am working on my house and office which got flooded by hurricane Ike. A very slow process because my allstate flood insurance did not include content. I went to visit Wade in GL last week. He is doing well in his classes, but his hand injury hurts when the weather gets cold. Ideally he should finish the first week of December.

After "A" school, every FC goes to "C" school. ETs have the possiblity of going to "C" school or the fleet. FCs have to have "C" school to learn the specific equipment that will be on the ship they'll ultimately go to. Ships $are picked during "C" school. I'm glad to join the group. I hope I can be some help. :)
