My son got a chance to write his first letter home his 2nd Sunday. It was so great to know he was doing well.
My family has been sending him cards and letters. He told us to keep writing the cards and letters because he misses us and loves hearing about whats going on at home.

I don't have this information from the recruiter yet, as I was told I need to wait at least a week; which is tomorrow. Can't wait!! I'm happy for you that you got your info :)

I have enjoyed watching the videos too.  My son  left for BC on Jan. 17th his ship#is 12 Div. 119.  I got this in an email from his recruiter.  I know we are suppose to wait to send letters but just cking to see if any other moms know their recruits ship# yet.

Thank you for this video. My son just left to bootcamp on January 17th; which has been difficult for me but after seeing this video, I feel much better knowing what he is going through. - Lupita
