My son is going for cryptology and a friend of mine her father specialized in this when he was in the navy for about 30 years he was kidding and said that my son will be a "spook" evidentally the nickname for this position. Has anyone else heard this phrase?

From the very few times I have been to a Nex, I haven't seen much crypto stuff at all and nothing like this stuff. But I have only been to GL and Ballston Spa which is very small. Maybe they do have this kind of stuff at the bases where there are more likely to be CT?????; ▶ Reply to This
