I paid for my sons with a credit card when I got there. I cannot get into his account to see if they took it out of his also!!! I tried to get into it and it locked us both out!! They emailed him the new password that I requested, but he does not know his email address to find it.

oh goodness That would be bad to be charged twice. Maybe you can call Great Lakes or someone here will see this and know exactly what to do. There is always an Angel out there somewhere.

Yes, when graduation day comes your son will be able to give you the pictures then but they do offer them an option of mailing them. They do a really nice job with the photos :-) and your son will get to pay from themselves :-).

The Keel and the dvd will not be ready for 6-8 weeks after graduation and then I believe they ship those to the home of record.

My son graduated on April 8 and it is June 16 and I haven't received DVD....any ideas on who to contact at Great Lakes and is it possible that they wouldn't try and forward it to me since I have moved since? I did a change of address, but some items have a do not forward policy. I'm so anxious to get them as I was unable to take even one during the ceremony due to the rude woman in front of me...thanks Lorraine
