Finally Got A Phone Call

My son arrived at GL 02/28/08 . I received my first telephone call yesterday about 4pm est. He had about 20 minutes to talk and used 8 of it trying to get me on the phone. Got to talk about 10 minutes before they told him -end of call. This was his 1st. call since the I'm here call. I'm Soooooooooooo
happy and relieved. He says all is well and its easier than he thought it might be.

Congrats Sheila. I am so happy for you! My son called me on Sunday & I missed it. Totally bummed. He did leave a message on the machine and I have played it numerous times. It's good to know that they can call on days other than Sunday. I just got my first letter. What division & ship is your son in? Terry is division 162, ship 07. ~Kim
