Please, please post pictures/videos of PIR July 3rd on the website! My son will not be graduating until July 18th but he is participating in PIR on July 3rd. I would love to catch a glimpse of him! Is there an official video on line? That would be great for families who just can't make it to the ceremony.

Pam, I miss the give and take in this discussion, too. Now I am trying to find another "home" on here...

Are you getting settled down after your trip? I am not crying as much... Yeah! :-)

Yea i am trying to get settled down but I have been so tired. It is like i cant get enough sleep... Maybe it is what Angie was refering to when she spoke about the POST PIR thing... Yea i cried so hard when i had to say goodbye... Poor Sandy was sitting next to us with her family and i think all of them were crying to just watching me.... It was very hard... I still tear up some but not as bad.

I had such a great weekend. It was so great to meet some of you. And spending so much time with Matthew was great!
he just called this morning (at 5:00am) to let us know he was being transferred to A school this morning. He originally thought he wasn't going until the 24th. So by now he is in Meridian MS.
I'm still trying to get through all 156 pictures from this weekend to sort out what to post. I have had such a migraine and dealing with Drs, since I got home that today has been my first chance to mess around much on the computer. I still have the migraine, but at least I finally have time to sort through.

Junie , It was so wonderful to meet you and yourhusband ... And our time with our sailor's was the best... although like most Phillip was so tired he just wanted to chill out . I certainly hope the Guard doesn't wait forever to come get him or send for him or whatever they do.... I am going to need you ladies alot I got another boot camp to endure and will be crying on your shoulder's i am sure.....LOL Junie i certainly hope you start to feel better soon... I too have been dealing with headache's.. Trying to get laundry caught up, yard work done, dr's too, my uncle has to have surgery tom so i will be away from home for that.. then i got drs on the 22nd and may have to have surgery myself which i am not looking forward to ... dont like the thought of anyone messing with my head with a knife...LOL

My headache is the result of Sunday night's flight home. I had a seizure about 20 minutes before landing. It was horrible. I don't think anyone on the plane noticed except my husband, but I was so weak & sick it took me over 15 minutes just to get from the plane to the gate. I spent all day Monday at the hospital and I have another dr appointment tomorrow. The CT scan they did Monday ruled out tumor or anyerism, but still didn't give us a reason why it happened. So now I am 'grounded', I don't get to drive and have to have my son drive me everywhere. I hope we get this sorted out soon, I hate not being able to drive.

oh no Junie that is terrible... I have seizure's so i know what they are like... But I have been having them since i was 19 and it is so tough not being able to drive.. I hated that more than anything. I certainly hope everything is okay i will say some prayers for you and hopes that it is nothing very serious although a seizure is serious but i mean like tumor anuerysim which they have ruled out .. so hopefully it is just a freak thing that happened... wow iwill say prayers for you.

Thank you Pam. It is scary. I had them a few times as a young teen, but this is the first in 30 years. I really hope it was the last.

i wish mine were i have had them since 19 and in the beginnning they were horrible.. grandmal seizure's and having multiple seizure's back to back like clock work about once every 2 to 3 months. now i am on a new drug that came out a few years ago that is doing a fabulous job. I hav had 3 in 4 yrs or better.
