DIV 280 Ship 09--Sailors!

I'm certain that you've all heard....They did it! They passed battlestations! Our boys are officially sailors! Drew said that their division earned 11 flags! He's called twice today already. The first time he sounded really tired, but sounded better the second time. He didn't talk much about battlestations, said that they are "class 13" (or something 13), in other words, it's classified and they can't talk about it. OUR SAILORS ROCK!

WOHOOOOOOOOOOO My son is ship 09 too but different Div. He will be doing battle stations in the next couple weeks! I hope Ship 09 continues to ROCK! Congrats to your NEW SAILOR!!!!!
And 11 Flags.....how proud they must be!

You are most likely in Great Lakes right now, and will soon enjoy the bursting pride that we all did just 2 short weeks ago today! Kudos to our sailors!

YES! PIR was awesome. I cried when I spotted my sailor (son) marching in with his division. My son, Zach McDonald stayed in Great Lakes for A-school for training in electronics.
