Navy For Moms

Navy Moms Live in Each Others Hearts, just like Family..

Navy Moms walk through life together,
whether they life close or far apart, They
know that the other one is there... to share
the highs and the lows and everything else.

Navy Moms are connected at the heart,
and their commitment to their friendship
is permanent. They believe in each other.
They are sensitive and supportive, and
they can talk about things they may not
even talk to their families about. Each of
them knows the other will understand, no
matter what.

Navy Moms aren't afraid to break the
rules, defend each other, and go out
of their way. They've cried together
and laughed together, and they have
been there when it mattered. Their
loyalty is strong and lasting, and
their bond is unquestionable and
unconditional. They know that
they'll keep on being there through
everything life has in store for them.

No one can take the place of a Navy Mom,
they are sisters and always live in our heart...
just like family...

WOW!!!! Very True, I have found more support on this site and people are warm and friendly towards each other. I am hoping to be able to meet with a couple of N4M's down in Groton next weekend, and I find that so heart warming that they would take time out of their schedule just to meet with us. Wonderful job on this.

AWESOME - This site has been a blessing in so many ways and this poem puts all the feelings in words. My son has been gone for 10 days now and I don't know how I would survive without it. Although my daughter and husband say I am getting addicted and my husband thinks I'm getting carried away. And he's darn right I am.....GO NAVY MOMS!

Utterly true, those words. This from a Navy Mom who is about to go to Great Lakes next week and probably cry her heart out after being away from her son for 8 weeks. I nearly lost him at 3 months of age when he had surgery and know how that felt. Now I will be seeing that boy grown into a man. Best wishes to all other Navy Moms. Moira

Beautiful sentiment Joslinda. Did you write this? If so, ye have a gift and it has made so many of us feel so much better. There are so many moments when I feel the frustration of certain things and wonder if these good things will happen to my own lad, that I become discouarged. You ' my own Navy family' are helping me see that I am not alone and it truly is a blessing. It is easy to get absorbed in each others lives, even though distance separates us. The Navy and this site has brought so many together that would not have ever met otherwise. I now feel like I have gained a much larger family and look forward to these posts. We are helping each other at a time in our lives when we need it most. We are all truly blessed.
