Oh me too!. there is so much information out there its hard to take it all in.I'm concerned about making flight reservations but then still having to wait for them to do battlestations and waiting for a phone call that he is in fact graduating on whatever particular date(5/23or 5/30).How much advance notice do think we will get? We live in NJ so it's a hike to IL.

It's like a 13 hour drive or so for us then an extra 2 days off of work for the drive.I think we might fly. with gas prices it's prob cheaper.I think it's all my unanswered questions that are driving me crazy.I miss him so much that I think if I could prepare for the upcoming events I would prob not be so nervous.rich is my oldest of three my middle is off @ college & my youngest is 6 yrs old but my house is sooo empty feeling right now it's killing me. Just to keep busy I started to strip the dining room table chairs & china cabinet (what was I thinking) but it does keep me busy for a while @ a time.

I got the box and then the form letter on monday.I have wriiten him a letter since the day he got to IL. I was wondering do they get mail every day or like once a week ?

I was also reading that if it's your son birthday don't send a card?they might have to do extra things bc of it. & ofcourse Rich's birthday is May 8th. I don't know what i should do when the time comes

Hi Judy, My son is Ship 10 Div 194. Our recruter has told me that graduation is set for the 23rd. I recieved the box a week ago and the form letter last Saturday but have not recieved a letter yet - have you??

Hi my son and his best friend are in this div and ship.... I miss them so much.... I have not gotten a letter yet.
