- My daughter is in Boot camp. We are flying out in 2 weeks for her graduation. I can't wait to see her. It's been hard not talking to her on the phone.

- In the NROTC program
- I was the proudest of my child when:
- She actually followed through with it and went. I could never have done that.
- When my son/daughter first spoke about joining the service I:
- Was concerned or afraid
- As a new Navy mom, the most important thing I learned was:
- To let go. She is 21 and old enough. I guess....
- My son/daughter is currently in the service or retired, and now I believe:
- This was a maturing experience
