I think they filled out a questionnare on preferred assignments about a month ago (which obviously may be of interest to the Navy but may have little relevance to what they actually do). Dylan is about a month away from completing A school, which is when he found out where he will be assigned.

Hi! Just sharing our exciting news ... Dylan got his soft orders and will be on the USS Ronald Reagan (aircraft carrier homeport San Diego) when he finishes A school ... probably early-to-mid October. Hope he gets to come home between school and duty. What's the word on JT these days?

Hi LindaJo how are you I haven't touched base with you in quite a while. How is JT doing, is he at sub school? Josh is there and I guess he likes it, a lot less strict than BC was.I thought I saw your name on sub moms and couldn't remember if that was where JT was going or not

I did get to see Dylan earlier this month. I was in Washington, D.C. for our national convention and he was able to have dinner with me Friday night and spend the night Saturday. But I still haven't seen him in his uniform ...

Hi LindaJo I haven't been on in a while and just wanted to touch base and see how JT was doing. I guess are boys are working hard to win the Hall of Fame, and I still don't know what that is. I only get to hear from Josh through his wife or who ever else he writes to. I got two letters in one day and that's been it, although he did call and talk to his father,, because I was with a patient and missed his call, would just love to hear his voice although his wife says he sounds good and likes it, I guess he is the weapons officer or something like that and likes that too. Sorry for not keeping in touch. You're going to PIR aren't you? I hope I can get some pics off of some of the moms since we won't be able to go.

Hi LindaJo! Two phone calls??? That's awesome! I've only gotten one, but I get nice long letters from Ashlie each week, so that sort of makes up for it .... although I'd much rather have a phone call! So how is JT doing with everything? I can't believe we only have 17 days to PIR!!
