Just wondering how your son is doing? Were you one od the lucky mom who got to visit their sailors. I won't see Jeramia til Christmas but than we are planning to go to SC for spring break.

Hi Linda, I was hoping to find out some information from you. My son will be in Pensacola in a few weeks. He is PIR on 6-6 and I was wondering, I was going to pack a suitcase and take it with me to GL so when he leaves on Sunday for Pensacola he has his clothes for liberty time with him. Should I also be taking his cell phone with me? What are the rules? Help! Teresa

I hope everything went well for you. This good buy was even harder than the first. I did not hold up as well but it is getting better everyday. I can not wait to here for Jeramia. He told me that he would call sometime this weekend. Then classes will start for him Monday.

Hi I am from southern WI. It is kind of hard because he is just about a 2 hour drive away. But when graduation time comes along we are still going to try to rent a room close to the base. From my understanding it is a full weekend of celebrations. And I'm sure that the boys will be on a tight schedule. But if you have any questions about the area I will try to help.

My son is in the same DIV as Andrew. He arrived a bootcamp 3/24. He made a quick call and let us know that he made it there alright. My mother in-law found a some information on a web site that gave a little info on Graduation. I will find out the exact web site. She did say that they only allow 4 people from each family to attend.

If you don't get off work for PIR, as a nurse I can support that you will be sick that day so you can go. Also , if you don't go you will really be sick. It is wonderful, not only the graduation but the change in your sailor.
