About me:: Im 23 and my husband just joined the Navy in April. We have one son together, Aiden. He just turned 1 on May 15th. Erich missed his 1st birthday but we did get a letter from him the day after. We both come from strong Navy backgrounds.

As a new Navy mom, the most important thing I learned was:: Patience and things arent always as they seem.

My son/daughter is currently in the service or retired, and now I believe:: Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made

All Cate told me was that on this past Tues, the had their final pfa test, then another kind of test and then Battlestations...she was definately excited about doing a "chant" for an award, that they're doing to Brittney Spears, "Hit me baby one more time"...don't you love 19 year old's communication skills???? UUUGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!
