When a Sailor signs up for IA

Where do they go for training ?? Is this true Spook wrote this Do you all remember Spook ?? - Both enlisted and officers can take an IA tour - Male and female - All pay grades with some restrictions on E-1 and E-2 (regarding what units they can be assigned) - Sailors cannot volunteer while in A school or in a DUINS (Duty Under Instruction) status - Sailors who are IA are normally working within their rating or at least using their job skills to some degree - There are 8 locations in th… Continue

A School and Letters Please Reply ASAP

How long it takes for the Sailors in A School to get their letters LOL I know it doesn't take as long as Boot Camp letters LOL Like is A School Mail just like regular Mail like we get ????

Great Lakes, Illinois What is the best way to travel - We both are 18 my friend and I ?????

We are 18 and we are going to Chicago, Illinois If the Lord says the same and so we can't rent a car !!!! How should we get around ?? Please help us My friend and I are going to visit my boyfriend/fiance in Great Lakes, Illinois He is in A School and he in Phase 3 Can someone please let me know a way to get around Like will TAXIS be Ok like !!!!!!! Or does anybody know a rental car place that let's you be 18 ??

Thanks for the welcoome. I don't know what to expect with boot camp and the schooling after so it's nice to know there is a support system out there. Getting through the holidays without him being here will be tough (I've always had both my boys home). It will be very different for us this year. Thanks Again Gayle

Sha., Hi my stepson is going to IFA on thursday. Then he was DEP so he is going in on the 16th of Dec. Will he spend some time in San Jose, then to Illonis ?
I am concerned about his finances (the creditors after him) does that ever pose a problem? and thank you for being there for us gals!
