Hi Suzie,
I haven't heard from you. How are you doing? I hope all is well. I can't wait until Friday. Have you heard anything? I haven't... Dillon said that if something happened that they would get a call to let they families know. I bet they are all fine though... they are I'm sure official Sailors now. I'm sure they are all very tired, Dillon sounded real tired on Sat. when i got his call. He said that about everybody in his div has been sick about the whole time, they are just now getting somewhat better...I think that is wonderful that they won the Captian's Cup... I hope that there final exam and battlestations went well... If I hear I'll let you know and do the same for me. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I am so glad you got to talk to Chase. Matthew did talk to his sister and girlfriend Saturday...the only thing that has kept me going is knowing that I would be hearing from him again soon. I hope everything has gone well! 36 hours is a long time.
See you soon!

Hey Suzie,
Just checking on you....havent' heard back from you. Did you hear from Matthew? I hope so. I did get to talk to Chase on Saturday and if you have not seen Lisa's posting - they had battlestations today and the capping ceremony should be tomorrow. Chase said they had been really busy and they won the Captain's Cup. Let me know if you heard from Matthew. Hang in there, the countdown is really on......Danielle

That is so GREAT that you heard from Dillon. My Matthew will not dance...unless he has had a few : ) He can be so bashful. I am looking forward to the mail run tomorrow and hope for a call after battlestations...a good call.
Take care...we will be seeing each other soon.

Hi Suzie,
Just thought that I would say Hi. We are getting closer. Did Matthew tell you that they could dance for a phone call? We'll Dillon danced and won. He called last Monday. I wish that we could talk to them again. I can't wait as well as you. Just to have somewhat of a conversation with them. Well girl we are on count down now. I look forward to meeting you and your family. Have a safe trip.

Suzie,
I am so glad you heard from Matthew. We got a letter today too and my Matthew said he has the flu - said everybody there has been sick one way or another. I think as our boys look at the new recruits coming in they know exactly how the new ones are feeling. I guess the feeling of being ready to get out of there is what all of them are feeling right about now - I know I am feeling that way! Soon...that's all I keep saying. The best part is - 21 days. Take care and hope to see you on June 5th for the gathering of the families.

Hi Suzie,
Well I didn't receive a call or letters. I know they say no news is good news but do you think that there is something wrong. I write to Dillon everyother day. It seems as though I am saying the same things. I have sent him cards to break up the same.... It is just like you said its like Christmas morning waiting by the mail box. Or just sitting by the phone not wanting to miss there call. I don't know ... just feels not right. I guess we gotta let go but I felt so much better the other week when I heard his voice... how about you? Can you imagine how it is going to be when they are really way off..? This is still in the US but you know that they are going other places besides here. I'm so proud of him, just as you are with your son... I just am feelig down I guess.... just bad day... I hope that you had a nice day. You take care well talk soon.
