Proud Mom of Navy Son From Ohio!!!!!

About me:
A single mom works in the medical field. I enjoy reading going to movies taking walks and love to spend time with my new grand daughter baby Maddy. My son Mark is my world and I couldn't be more proud of him for everything he has done to get to where he is.

I was the proudest of my child when:
He worked real hard to graduate as well as working full time and taking care of his fiance as well as getting ready to join the Navy by working out on top of everything else going on in his life. He's a new daddy and has made me the proudest of him by showing me how he can take care of his baby girl. Coming from a divorced home he managed to overcome obstacles and has shown alot of independence as well as taken alot of responsibility.
When my son/daughter first spoke about joining the service I:

As a new Navy mom, the most important thing I learned was:
Still getting there. Right now its been preparing myself of letting him grow and become his own man and hoping that he's going to be happy with the challenges his new career will bring him.
My son/daughter is currently in the service or retired, and now I believe:
This was the best decision he/she could have made

Can't get your blog to post. I don't have the answer you want for daughter-in-law, but others have had good rates (or as good as they get these days) through Sidestep.com and Cheapair.com.
