Thanksgiving With My Son!

God blessed me and worked everything out so I could spend Thanksgiving with my Son in Hawaii. I watched my Son come in at 6:30am as the sun was rising while I stood on a beach. Then got to walk on the Pier and walk to his Sub later that day and see him for the first time since he has been here. He love it here so that makes Mom happy when their child is happy!

Don't really know. Guess he's not a mommas boy. Hasn't called in almost 2 wks. He's supposed to have graduated A school this week. I need an update, I heard its freezing in Chicago. but I don't want to send his hoodies if he's coming home in December. Well, that would be a month of use though, right? How you doin girl? Miss ya!

Hi Tammy, Josh did really well, he will graduate with distinction. Still not quite sure of his class standing but think it is something like 6th in the class, not bad out of 84. He said a lot of the top guys were college kids so I told him well you were a GED kid and competed very well and held your own. We will be leaving at 3:00 am and Josh has duty Thursday after graduation but will be coming home with us until Monday and take the train back. Should be a nice visit, and he is so excited to be able to come home for a little visit. Will talk with you later. How was your visit with Travis?? Kathie

How are you doing today Tammy? I am holding my breath to hear how Josh does today it is his last big test before BESS gradutaion next Thursday. There are three guys in the running for the top spot and they are only like a point apart, so I have been praying for him really hard. I know it would mean a lot to him to capture that spot. I am so very proud of him no matter where he ends up in he class. He has an average right nowof 94.2
so I think that is really good. Unless he does horrible today he will at lest graduate wit distinction and that would be an honor too. How was your visit with Travis? Does he like it on the sub? What is his job?( Let's play 40 questions:)))))) Well gotta go for now, will talk with you later...HUGS Kathie
