Hey what date does she come home? I wish I was you right now,but what I have to say is it's harder to let them go again. There is just not enought time. I'm still hoping Zac comes home in July. I will be thinking of you...Wish we lived closer we could talk more. Did we ever share cell #'s???? I could leave it on message on my space some time. I can't seem to find any mom's on the ship he is on. I see there are so many mom's that have so much in common. I have not found one yet. You seem very nice. Keep in touch.

Yes my daughter is at Fort Leonard Wood. She is almost finished with EA school.....she was an engineer before she went in the navy. She is ACTIVE. What about your son.....? Maybe she knows him. She knows alot of people there.

Hi Maria, I seen in another post that you mentioned your daughter is a SEABEE, My son is to. :-) He is in Fort Leanord Wood... Is that where your daughter is? Is she active or reserve?His classes are just starting there this week but his been there since right after PIR. He has lots of friends there I wonder if they know each other... thank you to all. My daughter is just finishing "A" school in June and she will be able to come home for 2 weeks. We are hoping that she will get station at her home hub in San Diego, but bracing ourselves if she has to be stationed somewhere else. She said that her position is very important right now in the military, so who knows where she will be. But all her brothers and sisters are behind her and so am I. That's why I started "Cookies for Soldiers". When she went to bootcamp, she was homesick and I know that everyone who are not home need a little taste of home. We have baked and sent out over 5000 cookies and are hoping to have more support to send more.

Nice to meet you Maria. Thanks for inviting me to be your friend. How long ha your daughter been in the Navy? I am looking forward to sharing Dustin's Navy life with him. I know it is going to be a very rewarding experience for him as he was very excited about getting started. I wish Monique the best in her Navy life.
