HOW TO ORDER COOKBOOKS

Sorry that I haven't been around in forever. I have sent out a message to the group. If you are intersted in the 2nd or 3rd cookbook you can email me @ ldixon64@gmail.com I will respond regarding payment and shipping info.

I would love to do another cookbook for our cause Molly's adopt a Sailor I would like to be able to sell the other cookbooks and I am willing to set a price for both cookbooks. If you purchase them by theirselves it would be $41.00. I would love to get them sold so we could move onto the next on. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Have a great weekend!

This is nice :)  Navy cook wins Armed Forces Chef of the Year - I want his recipe for "Wicked Chicken"!

ps Tamales were fun and turned out well.  I bought a tamale-masa-spreader-thing that made it easier for keeping them consistent :)  We made a few dozen, Nana Donna you've got me beat lol  Have you ever made sweet tamales?  Would love a recipe or two that you like.

Momship, I've got to try that!  I buy the real bacon bits and sprinkle them on things (eggs etc) already - handy to have on-hand.  This looks so good!

Thought I'd share one of my new favs.

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy.  (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1  Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

How many of each cookbook do you have left? Also, how much per book to break even?

scappingmomma, looks like everyone answered the Molly's adopt a sailor question for you so I will answer the cookbooks. We have published 3 cookbooks since 2008. the first one sold out, I do still have copies of the 2nd and 3rd one that you can purchase. The 2nd one is 18.00 and the 3rd one is is 22.00. the reason the 3rd cookbook is more is because it is a 3 ring binder. They both are very nice and all of the money that we get from the sale of the cookbooks do go to Molly's adopt a sailor. I do want to do another one but, I feel like until we can get these other books sold then we need to wait. it is a very hugh project that I LOVE dearly but, when you have so many left over I hate to try to tackle it. If you are interested you can send me a email ldixon64@gmail.com

Thanks,

Linda

Welcome to the new ladies!

scrappingmomma, I don't know much about the cookbooks other than what has already been posted. As far as the adopt a sailor, a couple comments below, Marcy typed a link for Molly's Adopt a Sailor. Click on the Molly link and it will take you to the MAS group. You can join and see what kinds of wonderful things are going on there!
