Holly- yeah but I hope it will be a long, long, long, long, (etc.) time before women actually go on sub assignments....I can only imagine how you feel but I feel kind of excited for him :-) That's gotta be (kind of ) exciting. How are you holding up? I bet the unexpected snow in your region is keeping you busy. Well, TRY not to worry....

Kelly- I don't know when he will get his orders but I'm guessing that it would depend on how he is doing in A school like passing his test, etc. I don't think he could orders until he was almost finish with school.

Holly, I just saw your video on fb. That was great....wow, you just don't know until you know someone going through it (and even then it's not like going through it yourself). I thought I was scared with mine going to a fleet; nothing like being on a sub

Holly- I know that was probably a dumb question but had to ask.
Comment by ladypinkhatter on November 28, 2010 at 12:52am
Holly- will you be able to have any communication w/him while he is in sub??

Letzfly- you may be a pro at this if your other son goes in too after graduation. We missed you too at the PIR!!

Lonnie'sMom- how's Lonnie??

My sailor will be coming home in a couple of weeks and then off to her fleet (where ever that is) So it will be an early christmas/21st birthday celebration for us! Christmas ornaments will be up by next weekend.
