From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
To remind him there would always be a home to return to, no matter where he was! That we loved and supported him and his choice!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Susan: I've been on the MAAS and for some reason, maybe because it's so late, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what we're doing this month. I got that it's the USS Cleveland, but are we shipping the small individual boxes again?

HI! I will have about 50 thank-you cards that I want to send to the sailors. What address do I use? My friend's 2nd grade class is doing some as well as my daughter's color guard group another 22, plus the coaches and myself. I want to get them in the mail soon so they make it in time. Also - do we seal each envelope or leave open and address the main envelope box they go in? Thank-you so much. Anne

My niece, who is a school teacher, is getting some cards and letters for the Vinson. Do they have to be to Chaplain Fish by February 10? Please send me his address and any additional info we may need. Thanks for this ministry!

Susan, I'm a dummie having just accidentally deleted the address before writing it down. I am SO sorry!!!!!!!! Would you mind writing it down one more time? My fingers don't quite always do the intended on my computer it seems. Tried to retrieve the lost info but wasn't able to! The scout troop is actually my sister's but the scouts were so excited to help! Awesome what you started! Best to you and your boys! Hallmom
