About me:
I'm a mother of three, two girls, 26 and 24 and Alan, 19. My husband was in the Navy as was his father.
I am here to support or represent my:
Child/Stepchild
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Be patient, be grateful for e-mails, bootcamp is the hardest thing a parent will ever do.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Poems from Bootcamp

God, he's just a kid,
Does he realize what he did?
Walking into that tunnel of black,
there ain't no going back.
He tells himself, I know I can,
but is he ready to become a man?
Just yesterday he was a boy,
playing with his favorite toy.
Riding his bike up the street,
singing to his favorite beat.
Now everything they give him he must take.
God, I hope he didn't make a mistake.
~Alan, Div 297

no worries. I am sure my husband would love to see it all. When we bought the mustang, one of the tailights was out. Ray rummaged around in a box that he had about 20 years and found the part.

great pictures and a very handsome young man. What ship is he on? Love that mustang!
My husband used to build them in NJ years ago when he worked for the Ford Motor Company.

Hi Vickie
The Grandbaby is awesome! He is getting so big, he is 7 and 1/2 months old, crawling around everywhere and just laughing and babiling(what he thinks is talking) all the time.
Justin is good, we went to stay with him a week in August. He hasn't gone on his first deployment yet but will next year. They go out a lot on small trips, getting prepared I'm sure. He seems to be enjoying it a lot more now that he is staying busy. Glad to hear Alan is ok, he looks great! I hope we will have the opportunity to go on a tiger cruise soon. I've heard about them, I bet it was amazing being out on the ship.I sure hope we get the chance to go.
It was so great to talk to you. Take care and stay in touch.

Thank you. After reading reviews and weighing location and price we figured it was a roll of the dice. We have reservations at Quality Inn. :) I just want 11/25 to get here! Nice pics.

Yes, we are finally settled. I miss having MY belongings, lol. I've seen my family and only had to drive less than an hour. (Better than 4.5 hours.) I'm gong to try to make it to Beas.
