My son found out yesterday, they woke him up to tell him, that he made second class!!  We are so excited for him!  He's taken the test 5 times.  Tell your sailors to never give up.  Find someone that is willing to help you study and keep at it.  Perservere!  Congrats son!!  I'm so proud of you!!!

Welcome VKat ~ I'm also near the Cypress area (290 & 1960 area).  We do have Houston mom lunches.  N4M is great for information.  Everyone is really helpful.  Good luck to your son!  Mine's been in three years as of March.  Three more to go!

Hi, my son doesn't leave for BC until December 10.  He will graduate from High School next week.  We live in the Cypress area near Houston

New here to N4M...we live in Decatur Texas. My recruit ( baby girl...19) leaves for boot camp Aug 19.....so still 3 months away but already some anxiety setting in!

I am a new East Texas N4M member.  My son leaves for boot camp on June 4th.  Getting really excited for him.
