I sent my son's birthday card by Lynx Air and he never got it. At the same time I sent his package the regular way to see which one he would get faster. Maybe he gave me the wrong address.

Hi Tammi,
My son has been there since July. He went to training in Washington (State).
When does your son leave? What will he be doing? Thanks for writing. It feels very lonely not having anyone to share concerns with who isn't in the same place. Let's keep in contact. I am new to this board and really haven't taken the time to figure out how to navigate. I heard about it last night from a TV commercial. Haven't heard from my son, Myles, since August.

Tammi, I think my son would say he really likes being an IA. Check out the GM group to read a little about him. I've been very close to Alabama! We sometimes go I-90 to visit my cousin east of Utica. My mom grew up in NY on the Hudson, so I'm rather fond of NY!

I have the desire and fight to get him the waiver he needs. I shared with him your story and it made him have hope. We are currently waiting to hear from MEPS and if they say NO we will move to the next level. This site has been a big help to me and I can not tell you all how much I appreciate the support.
